The primary data are collected from 226 employees with structured questionnaire. The study found that job security and relationship with supervisors and peers have the positive effect on job satisfaction of employees. Moreover, job satisfaction significantly influence the performance of the employees. According to the findings, the study recommend that the hotel should provide employee benefit by adjusting payroll of both international and local employee.
