The findings of the study\r\nindicate that employees with conscientiousness personality trait have positive effect on\r\naffective commitment and normative commitment towards the organization. Employees\r\nwith extraversion personality trait has negatively affected on continuance commitment.\r\nNeuroticism personality trait of employees has negative effect on affective commitment\r\nand normative commitment while it has positive effect on continuance commitment. The\r\nanalysis revealed that employees with affective commitment and normative commitment\r\nare more likely to have organizational citizenship behavior.
