The effects of calcination temperature on the formation and crystallite sizes of MgO nanoparticles were also studied by applying different temperatures, 300ᵒC through 600ᵒC. TG-DTA data of the Mg(OH)2 nanoparticles indicated that the endothermic peak at 386.77ºC due to decomposition of Mg(OH)2 to MgO. Structural changes and crystallite sizes of nanoparticles studied by XRD showed the hexagonal phase for Mg(OH)2 with the size of 13.43nm and cubic crystallite phase for MgO with the size of 22.79 nm (at 600°C), The FT IR data of Mg(OH)2 nanopartic1es showed a pair of peak at 3697.156 and342183 cm4 due to stretching mode of hydroxyl group of Mg(OH)2 and major adsorption peaks at 439.78 and 559.38 cm-1 for stretching vibration of Mg-O bond, The TEM: micrographs of MgO nanoparticle. Dearly showed cubic structure and the panicle size of the powders were well distributed in the nano-size range (3I-40nm). In this research, adsorption properties of Mg(OH)2 and MgO nanoparticles were studied using Methylene Blue (MB) and two different dyes in the textile Were effluent (blue and orange).The adsorption performance of MB dye (6x10-6M) into 0.,8 g/L of Mg(OH)2 nanoparticles (83.76%) was better than that of MgO nanoparticles (38.33 %). Both or Mg(OH)2 and MgO nanoparticles could remove the colour of blue dye (99.06 %, 98.39% ) more than that of orange dye (43,29 %, 39.93 %), respectively. Moreover, the antibacterial activities of Mg(OH)2 and MgO nanoparticles were studied on S. aureus, E. coli and P. aeruginosa, The antibacterial activity of MgO showed higher than that of Mg(OH)2 nanoparticles on microorganisms in order of S. aureus E. coli>P. aeruginosa."}]},"item_1583103108160":{"attribute_name":"Keywords","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Mg(OH)2"}]},"item_1583103120197":{"attribute_name":"Files","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-05-05"}],"displaytype":"preview","filename":"Production of Magnesium Hydroxide and Magnesium Oxide Nanoparticles from Bittern and their Industrial applications.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"2333 Kb"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"url":"https://meral.edu.mm/record/2364/files/Production of Magnesium Hydroxide and Magnesium Oxide Nanoparticles from Bittern and their Industrial applications.pdf"},"version_id":"c0e64419-1568-4c54-b390-eb8a6a17179a"}]},"item_1583103131163":{"attribute_name":"Journal articles","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_issue":"1 & 2","subitem_journal_title":"Journal of the Asia Research Centre","subitem_volume":"5"}]},"item_1583103147082":{"attribute_name":"Conference papaers","attribute_value_mlt":[{}]},"item_1583103211336":{"attribute_name":"Books/reports/chapters","attribute_value_mlt":[{}]},"item_1583103233624":{"attribute_name":"Thesis/dissertations","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_supervisor(s)":[]}]},"item_1583105942107":{"attribute_name":"Authors","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_authors":[{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Khin Mar Cho"},{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Kyaw Naing"},{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Khin Cho Khat"}]}]},"item_1583108359239":{"attribute_name":"Upload type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Publication"}]},"item_1583108428133":{"attribute_name":"Publication type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Journal article"}]},"item_1583159729339":{"attribute_name":"Publication date","attribute_value":"2016"},"item_1583159847033":{"attribute_name":"Identifier","attribute_value":"https://uyr.uy.edu.mm/handle/123456789/640"},"item_title":"Production of Magnesium Hydroxide and Magnesium Oxide Nanoparticles from Bittern and their Industrial Applications","item_type_id":"21","owner":"1","path":["1582967633684"],"publish_date":"2020-03-05","publish_status":"0","recid":"2364","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Production of Magnesium Hydroxide and Magnesium Oxide Nanoparticles from Bittern and their Industrial Applications"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2021-12-13T02:16:36.573930+00:00"}
