CdS film was deposited on the Pyrex glass substrate\r by evaporation and Cu2S layer was obtained by electroplating in a\r dilute acqueous solution of CusO4 at room temperature. Silver\r electrode was applied to the electroplated surface. The results of\r electrical and optical characteristics of the CdS-Cu2S hetrojunction\r were investigated. The photovoltaic response has been observed\r under various illuminated intensity for different wavelengths in\r visible region. It was found to be the photovoltage and photocurrent\r varying with different light intensities.
