To make a broad generalization , Dagon Myo Thit (South) is chosen as a case study area. Such infrastructure as education, health care services, transportation facilities , availability of electricity and water supply are identified , assessed and presented from the geographical point of view . The basic needs in analysis on the primary data obtained from the settlement areas of the township are assessed by \"SPSS\" software.
