In this thesis,\r the survey was conducted based on 107 accredited assessment centers by National\r Skills Standard Authority NSSA. This survey mainly uses descriptive method based\r on qualitative and quantitative approaches. The survey found that assessment cost,\r preparation and monitoring efforts are important in running assessments successfully.\r Moreover, it found that appropriate fees to be considered to collect from the candidate\r and employers are important for sustainable assessment center. The survey found that\r Government should subside for improvement of occupation assessment system.\r Government regulation should be strongly. Certificate by occupational assessment\r process is very important. National Certificate is required for the employers. At the\r present employer need to skill worker accredited by assessment process because of\r productivity and company image. The survey found that that job opportunities is\r validity in ASEAN . Bench Marking System is on going process in regional as Thai\r and Myanmar , etc. This thesis analysis assessor and inspector fee by ACC\r (assessment and certification committee).
