The study found that among environmental forces, technology factor is the most influencing factor on the commercial performance whereas all remaining factors also have influence on commercial performance except for political factor. Regarding marking mix activities, while all variables affect commercial performance of domestic airlines, the place (distribution) is the most influential one.
