Actually they are not familiar with the term “Quality Assurance Practice but they have already practice”. This study aims to assess a comprehensive understanding of Basic Health Care Providers’ perception on Quality Assurance Practices in ANC services. The current study is a cross-sectional descriptive study aim to evaluate Basic Health Care Workers' perceptions in providing Quality Health Care Services at community level. Thanlyn and Kyauktan Townships were selected. A total of 106 respondents which include Midwives and LHVs participated in this study. The components of HCPs’ perception on QAP study were the knowledge, attitude and practice of ANC service providers on their services. Regarding Knowledge level on QANC services, 12.3% of respondents had Good Knowledge, 71.7% had average knowledge. This means the majority of respondents have average knowledge score in providing ANC services. Regarding Attitude level, 97.2% of respondents had good attitudes towards QANC services and 81.1% of respondents had good practices in providing QANC services.
