Purposive\r sampling is conducted for the primary research and consists of 18 key informant\r interviews with business leaders and governmental and private sector key actors. The\r malaria risk is highest among the workers of rubber plantation and gold mine due to\r their timing of working hours, working place, seasonal pattern of work, high number\r of migrant workers, not getting enough preventive, diagnostic and treatment\r measures. Among these two types of high risk workers, the workers from gold mines\r show higher risk than those of rubber plantation because predominantly migrant\r population, high mobility of its workforce, hard-to reach area and site of work closed\r to forest and seasonal pattern of work nature.
