Through the\r analysis of the factors affecting on customer satisfaction, this study found out that physical\r factors and personnel factors have significant effect on customer satisfaction towards YGN\r Fitness Center. From the analysis, it is found that customer satisfaction has positive effect\r on customer loyalty of YGN Fitness Center. To increase customer satisfaction, YGN\r Fitness Center should improve physical factors such as convenient location and adequate\r space. Moreover, the fitness center should continuously provide trainings to improve\r personnel factors of the trainers and staffs in order to increase their helpfulness, friendliness\r and privacy protection practices.
