For primary data, one hundred and\r sixty-nine customers of mobile wallets are interviewed with structured questionnaire and\r are chosen by using multi-stage sampling method. Secondary data is collected from\r journals, articles, text books, and websites. According to the findings, provider\r trustworthiness and trust level in products and services have a positive influence on\r consumer trust. Consumer trust is affected by consumer awareness about mobile wallet\r services. Perceived technical and security risks of consumers also affect consumer trust.\r Among four influencing factors, provider characteristics and perceived risks have\r significant influence on consumer trust. It is also found out that consumer trust can generate\r consumer loyalty.
