Primary data were \ncollected using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using \ndescriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis with statistical \nsoftware. The findings reveal that rewarding, subjective norms, perceived behavioural control, \nmoral obligation, and work pressure are positively associated with ethical behaviour. Among these \nfactors, work pressure and subjective norms demonstrate the significant effects on ethical \nbehaviour, indicating that manageable work target, social pressure are essential in promoting \nethical behavior. In addition, the results highlight the importance of aligning organizational reward \nstructures, improving ethical norms within companies, enhancing professional competence, and \nmanaging work pressure to support ethical behaviour. These findings provide empirical results for \ninsurance companies and regulators to develop ethical training programs, balanced compensation \nsystems, and supportive work environments that reinforce integrity and professionalism in the \nMyanmar insurance industry and market."}]},"item_1583103120197":{"attribute_name":"Files","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2026-08-03"}],"displaytype":"preview","filename":"Ye Nwe Arnt Bwe-.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"131 KB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_0","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"url":"https://meral.edu.mm/record/12983/files/Ye Nwe Arnt Bwe-.pdf"},"version_id":"9ae307e0-b5e0-4864-9022-cb7e4e1d5eaf"}]},"item_1583103233624":{"attribute_name":"Thesis/dissertations","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_awarding_university":"Yangon University of Economics","subitem_supervisor(s)":[{"subitem_supervisor":"Dr. Yan Yan Myo Naing"}]}]},"item_1583105942107":{"attribute_name":"Authors","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_authors":[{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Ye Nwe Arnt Bwe,"}]}]},"item_1583108359239":{"attribute_name":"Upload type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Other"}]},"item_1583108428133":{"attribute_name":"Publication type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Thesis"}]},"item_title":"Factors Affecting Ethical Behaviour of Insurance Agents in Myanmar( Ye Nwe Arnt Bwe,2026)","item_type_id":"21","owner":"20","path":["1582963436320","1698989841255"],"publish_date":"2026-08-03","publish_status":"0","recid":"12983","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Factors Affecting Ethical Behaviour of Insurance Agents in Myanmar( Ye Nwe Arnt Bwe,2026)"],"weko_creator_id":"20","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2026-08-03T05:37:43.371949+00:00"}
