The adjusted multiple regression results show that the passengers (demand) depends on the number\r of MaHtaTha 's Buses, time (year) and on average MaHtaTha bus's fare. In Yangon, the development of city gives rise to the increase in passengers • (demand) that was fulfilled possibly by increasing the number ofMaHtaTha's buses. Time (Year) was found to have a positive effect on the passengers (demand).
