The study determines the level of employee engagement status among NGO workers, examine the factors which cause employee engagement and access the attitude of NGO workers to their organizations. A web-based survey was conducted in July 2019 by sending set of survey questionnaire email to NGO workers of different responsibilities in different organizations (LNGO/INGO) in Myanmar.
