Despite good access to healthcare facilities, \nmany migrants face financial barriers, leading them to rely on self-medication or \npharmacies for minor illnesses. A survey of 200 randomly selected workers revealed \nthat most were young, factory or informal workers with limited incomes. Preventive \nhealthcare use was low, and traditional beliefs like astrology and protective charms \nremained common. Awareness and enrollment in health insurance and social security \nprograms were limited. Although attitudes toward modern healthcare were generally \npositive, challenges such as cost, lack of information, and limited support reduced \nhealthcare utilization.
