This study aims \nto examine the multidimensional factors influencing QoL among HIV-positive \nindividuals in Hlaing Township, focusing on physical, psychological, social, and \nenvironmental domains. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing \nsurvey data from 120 respondents collected through the WHOQOL-HIV BREF \ninstrument. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze and interpret the quantitative \nfindings. Results \nindicate that while ART adherence is generally high, psychological distress, stigma, \nand economic hardship significantly affect QoL. Social support emerged as a protective \nfactor, while gaps in mental health services and health literacy remain.
