The study uses both primary data and secondary data. Primary \ndata are collected personal interview through structured questionnaire with 5-point \nLikert scale from 98 out of 130 teachers using the Raosoft sample size calculator and \nsimple random sampling method is applied to select the respondents. This study utilizes \nboth descriptive statistics and regression analysis for the survey data. It is found that \nintrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction are effect on engagement. Moreover, it is found \nthat mediating effect of teacher citizenship behavior on the relationship between \nengagement and task performance. There is no mediating effect of task performance \nbetween teacher citizenship behavior and orientation towards results.
