The descriptive and\r quantitative analysis research methods and simple random sampling method are used\r in this study. This study bases on both primary data and secondary data. Population\r of this study is 75 employees who are working at Financial Institutions Supervision\r (FISD) in CBM. Primary data is collected from 70% of employees including Senior\r Officers, Staff Officers and Other staff (office superintendent and supervisor)by\r using survey questionnaires. The secondary data was obtained from the records,\r reports, journal and websites. Major focusing of training and development practices\r are on the job training, off the job training, job enrichment, job rotation which are\r relating to the employee performance of that organization. By the result from this\r analysis, job enrichment and job rotation factors have significant effect on employee\r performance. The study found that job rotation has the most significant effect on\r employee performance of the Central Bank of Myanmar.
