The total population is 228 employees in 2025, and the sample size is determined to be 144 using the Raosoft sample size calculator. A simple random sampling method is employed to select the 144 participants from the total employees. Primary data are collected from structured questionnaires distributed to employees of the Myanmar Trade organization. The data are collected through online survey methods. For data analysis, both descriptive statistics and regression analysis are used to analyze the collected data. Secondary data are obtained from relevant textbooks, academic articles, official websites, international dissertations, and local MBA research papers accessed through library resources, providing theoretical and contextual support for the study framework. The findings reveal that organizational culture has significant and positive effect on work environment. The study also indicates that work ethics and organizational culture have significant and positive effect on work motivation. Additionally, work motivation has significant and positive effect on employee performance.
