The primary objectives are to identify\npsychological empowerment practices at KBZ Bank. The study adopts a quantitative\nresearch method. Data are collected from a representative sample of 387 employees,\nselected through a simple random sampling method. Statistical analyses are conducted\nto assess the effect of the four dimensions of psychological empowerment—meaning,\ncompetence, self-determination, and impact and organizational commitment. Findings\nreveal a significant positive effect between psychological empowerment and\norganizational commitment among KBZ Bank employees. Specifically, employees\nwho perceive higher levels of self-determination, competence, and meaningfulness in\ntheir roles exhibit stronger organizational commitment. The study suggests that\nenhancing empowerment practices can foster greater employee engagement, loyalty,\nand retention.
