The main objectives are to examine the challenges faced in\naccessing and utilizing digital library services and to explore the opportunities these\nplatforms offer in enhancing information access, learning, and academic. The study\nemploys a descriptive method, with primary data collected from 300 respondents\nthrough structured questionnaires distributed at Sarpay Beikman Library and the\nNational Library of Myanmar (Yangon). The findings highlight that users face various\nchallenges, including limited accessibility due to unreliable internet, inadequate\ntraining, content availability issues, cybersecurity risks, and technological constraints.\nHowever, the study also indicates significant opportunities, such as improved\naccessibility, user-friendly interfaces, rich and diverse digital content, cost-efficiency,\nand enhanced academic productivity.
