Descriptive method and multiple linear\nregression analysis are used in this study. The primary data is collected from 350\ngovernment employee of General Administration Department by using simple random\nsampling method. The secondary data is collected from relevant books, international\njournals, articles and official data from General Administration Department. The study focus\non stress management techniques such as psychological support, job redesign, and\nemployees’ welfare programs, excluding other stress management techniques. This study\nrepresents the association of stress management techniques and employee performance\namong the Administrative Officers Grade -1, Administrative Officers Grade -2, and\nAdministrative Officers Grade -4 (Assistant Director) of the General Administration\nDepartment excluding other staffs and departments. The survey period is from March to\nMay 2025. The findings was that the stress management; psychological support, job\nredesign, and employee welfare programs has a strong positive effect on employee\nperformance.
