A descriptive research design was adopted, employing\na structured survey method to gather primary data from a diverse range of key\nstakeholders within the plastic recycling factories. The findings reveal that despite a\ngenerally optimistic outlook for growth, the industry faces significant challenges\nincluding inadequate waste collection and sorting infrastructure, limited access to\nadvanced recycling technologies, and insufficient governmental policy support.\nFurthermore, public awareness regarding proper waste segregation and the value of\nrecycling needs substantial improvement.
