The\nobjective is to examine the demographics, drug use patterns, rehabilitation experiences,\nand recovery outcomes of individuals undergoing treatment at selected rehabilitation\ncenters in Yangon. A quantitative approach was employed, using structured\nquestionnaires alongside observational data collected from program participants.\nFindings indicate that most respondents were young adults aged 26–30, predominantly\nsingle, and had completed high school or higher education. Drug use typically began\nbetween the ages of 16 and 20, with weed being the most commonly used substance.\nFamily involvement played a crucial role in initiating rehabilitation. Vocational training\nfocused on practical skills such as computer use and hair cutting, while counseling,\nmeditation, and regular health checkups were well received. Participants reported\nimproved behavior, increased self-confidence, and enhanced mental resilience.\nHowever, participation in recreational activities and daily session attendance showed\nroom for improvement.
