To accomplish these objectives,\nprimary and secondary data were used in this study. A sample of 120 rice farmers across\neight villages were selected by using simple random sampling method. The primary\ndata were collected by using structured questionnaire with five-point Likert scale items.\nIn-depth interview was also conducted with rice farmers. Secondary data was obtained\nrelevant text book, previous research and internet websites. The findings indicate that\nrainfall unpredictability, rising temperatures, and increased frequency of extreme\nweather events have significantly disrupted traditional rice farming. While many\nfarmers have adapted their planting calendars and adopted climate-resilient rice\nvarieties, the lack of institutional support and access to training remains a significant\nchallenge.
