The study\naims to examine the benefits of CBET, including economic, environmental, social, and\ncultural benefits, infrastructure, and education, and investigate its impact on the lodge.\nThe research uses quantitative method approach, collecting data from 360 respondents\nfrom five villages surrounding the lodge. The findings show that the lodge's economic,\ncultural, environmental, social, cultural, infrastructure, and education benefits are\ngenerally positive. The community's perception of the Eco-Tourism at Pan Laung Eco\nLodge is strong, with a strong desire for further development and confidence in its long-\nterm impact.
