Utilizing primary\ndata collected through structured questionnaires and applying multiple regression\nanalysis, the study investigates the impact of airport quality, facilities and\ninfrastructure, service quality of staff, and accessibility and transportation on overall\npassenger satisfaction. The results reveal that the regression model explains 74.5% of\nthe variance in passenger satisfaction (R² = 0.745), with accessibility and\ntransportation emerging as the most significant predictor, followed by staff service\nquality and airport facilities. While airport quality exhibited a positive association, it\ndid not reach statistical significance. These findings suggest that functional and\nservice-related factors outweigh general perceptions in shaping traveler satisfaction.\nThe study highlights the importance of improving access to the airport, enhancing\nstaff professionalism, and upgrading terminal infrastructure to boost overall passenger\nexperience. Recommendations are provided to airport management and policymakers\nfor targeted improvements. This research contributes to the growing literature on\nairport service evaluation in developing countries and offers practical insights into\nenhancing service delivery at Myanmar’s primary international gateway."}]},"item_1583103120197":{"attribute_name":"Files","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2025-09-25"}],"displaytype":"preview","filename":"Myet Chal, EMDevS-30, 19th Batch.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"702 KB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_0","url":{"url":"https://meral.edu.mm/record/11467/files/Myet Chal, EMDevS-30, 19th Batch.pdf"},"version_id":"7bc656ce-5bc6-4b1f-a134-2a91e93c75f5"}]},"item_1583103233624":{"attribute_name":"Thesis/dissertations","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_awarding_university":"Yangon University of Economics","subitem_supervisor(s)":[{"subitem_supervisor":"Dr.Zin Zin Shwe"}]}]},"item_1583105942107":{"attribute_name":"Authors","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_authors":[{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Myet Chal"}]}]},"item_1583108359239":{"attribute_name":"Upload type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Other"}]},"item_1583108428133":{"attribute_name":"Publication type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Thesis"}]},"item_1583159729339":{"attribute_name":"Publication date","attribute_value":"2025-06-01"},"item_title":"A Study on Passengers’ Satisfaction on Operational Process of International Airport (Case Study: Yangon International Airport) (Myet Chal, 2025)","item_type_id":"21","owner":"20","path":["1582963436320","1582965681303"],"publish_date":"2025-09-25","publish_status":"0","recid":"11467","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["A Study on Passengers’ Satisfaction on Operational Process of International Airport (Case Study: Yangon International Airport) (Myet Chal, 2025)"],"weko_creator_id":"20","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2025-09-25T05:58:22.432149+00:00"}
