A cross-sectional survey was conducted in March 2025, utilizing the Mental Health Literacy Scale (MHLS) completed by 150 students. Descriptive analysis and Chi-square tests were employed to explore relationships between mental health literacy and demographic variables. The findings suggested that while the average mental health literacy among the study population is reasonably high notable differences exist between individuals. The results of statistical analysis indicated that the perception of organizational support for mental health was a significant predictor of higher mental health literacy, while gender also showed a significant association, with male participants exhibiting higher literacy levels. Other demographic variables, such as age, marital status, and education, showed no significant relationship. The study underscores the importance of workplace mental health initiatives and suggests a need to integrate mental health literacy initiatives into workplaces in Myanmar to foster supportive professional environments."}]},"item_1583103120197":{"attribute_name":"Files","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2025-09-23"}],"displaytype":"preview","filename":"Ko Ko Zaw, EMPA -35 (20 th Bt).pdf","filesize":[{"value":"649 KB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_0","url":{"url":"https://meral.edu.mm/record/11411/files/Ko Ko Zaw, EMPA -35 (20 th Bt).pdf"},"version_id":"1bbe6aae-948c-48ee-86e4-4f66501a7644"}]},"item_1583103233624":{"attribute_name":"Thesis/dissertations","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_awarding_university":"Yangon University of Economics","subitem_supervisor(s)":[{"subitem_supervisor":"Dr. Khin Thu Thu Thein"}]}]},"item_1583105942107":{"attribute_name":"Authors","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_authors":[{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Ko Ko Zaw"}]}]},"item_1583108359239":{"attribute_name":"Upload type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Other"}]},"item_1583108428133":{"attribute_name":"Publication type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Thesis"}]},"item_1583159729339":{"attribute_name":"Publication date","attribute_value":"2025-06-01"},"item_title":"A Study on Factors Influencing Mental Health Literacy ( Ko Ko Zaw, 2025)","item_type_id":"21","owner":"20","path":["1582963436320","1582965722087"],"publish_date":"2025-09-23","publish_status":"0","recid":"11411","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["A Study on Factors Influencing Mental Health Literacy ( Ko Ko Zaw, 2025)"],"weko_creator_id":"20","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2025-09-23T07:28:54.201418+00:00"}
