The method of the study is descriptive method based on secondary data. Yangon circular transportation plays an important role in urban transportation of Yangon. The union government is important to support in the identification and preparation of viable in urban transport sector. Modernization of urban of urban transport infrastructure and service requires dedicated revenue streams that are relatively stable and predictable over the long term. Although using the circular train is lower cost for customers than which taking a bus, taxi and grab, the number of circular train consumers decline year by year during the study period. Due to the lack of cleanliness and in security around the railway lines and stations, inability to buy tickets easily, stations are located far from the economic and social center points. Running cost more than the passenger revenue of circular railway in the study period.
