Children who employ between age 5 and age 17 are defined as child labors. The objectives of the study are to explore the perception of employers concerned with how to behave and manage in assigning tasks on child laborer and create what kind of opportunities to improve their future life at restaurants, teashops and food centers. Descriptive method was used for this thesis. The structured questionnaire was used for the survey.
