The objectives of this study are to analyze\r the effect of HRM practices on job satisfaction and the effect of job satisfaction on\r organization performance of UAB Bank. The results show that planning & recruitment,\r compensation and training programmes have highly significant effect on employee job\r satisfaction. It found that UAB bank is a place where employees are satisfied with the\r success of career and freedom to take initiatives and they recommend UAB Bank as a\r place to work. The results show that employee job satisfaction has highly significant\r effect on organizational performance of UAB Bank. This study suggests that management\r of UAB Bank should adjust of pay range with other local banks and performance\r appraisal results should be used for employees’ promotion.
