With the increasing competition among banks, the finding can act as a strategic tool to achieve competitive advantage and customer satisfaction. The banking industry is definitely among the services industries that have been towards more efficient services that enable funds to be transferred from the buyer to the seller with flexibility and security. In this thesis, descriptive method is used based on primary data and secondary data. The primary data collected by using questionnaires of 100 respondents who deal with international banking services in UAB were interviewed to know their perception and working days of two weeks by using survey questionnaires collection. Traders‟ perception is widely varied in accordance with their trust, the quality of services, customer care, price knowledgeable and competent etc. The result of the study indicates the both exporter and importers want to be more safety to their international banking transaction.
