The leaders responded about their practices of leadership styles. The subordinates responded about their perception of leaders’ leadership styles and the effect of leadership styles on job satisfaction. The results found that leaders most practice work-oriented leadership style and subordinates are more satisfied to the fringe benefits and empowerment.
