The research employs a descriptive method, gathering both primary and secondary data through a structured survey of 500 households, evenly split between Shwepyithar and other Yangon areas. Respondents include individuals engaged in digital-based occupations like delivery workers, online trainers, and freelance service providers. The findings highlight significant career shifts, with more than 60% of participants reporting career changes driven by digitalization. While digital tools have improved operational efficiency and income for many, challenges persist, including poor internet access, limited digital literacy, and job insecurity in rapidly changing sectors. The study concludes with recommendations for policymakers to strengthen digital infrastructure, support digital literacy programs, and ensure inclusive access to the benefits of digital transformation."}]},"item_1583103120197":{"attribute_name":"Files","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2025-01-08"}],"displaytype":"preview","filename":"San San Maw, EMDevS-66, 18th Batch.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"412 KB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_0","url":{"url":"https://meral.edu.mm/record/10652/files/San San Maw, EMDevS-66, 18th Batch.pdf"},"version_id":"74fcd485-faf3-408d-ace2-8dcd308bc8ef"}]},"item_1583103233624":{"attribute_name":"Thesis/dissertations","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_awarding_university":"Yangon University of Economics","subitem_supervisor(s)":[{"subitem_supervisor":"Dr. Cho Cho Thein"}]}]},"item_1583105942107":{"attribute_name":"Authors","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_authors":[{"subitem_authors_fullname":"San San Maw"}]}]},"item_1583108359239":{"attribute_name":"Upload type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Other"}]},"item_1583108428133":{"attribute_name":"Publication type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Thesis"}]},"item_1583159729339":{"attribute_name":"Publication date","attribute_value":"2024-10-01"},"item_title":"A Study on Digital Transformation in Career Life of Urban People in Post-COVID: (A Case Study of Shwepyithar Township, Yangon Region) ( San San Maw, 2024)","item_type_id":"21","owner":"20","path":["1582963436320","1582965681303"],"publish_date":"2025-01-08","publish_status":"0","recid":"10652","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["A Study on Digital Transformation in Career Life of Urban People in Post-COVID: (A Case Study of Shwepyithar Township, Yangon Region) ( San San Maw, 2024)"],"weko_creator_id":"20","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2025-01-08T07:27:55.897024+00:00"}
