Respondents include individuals engaged in digital-based occupations like delivery workers, online trainers, and freelance service providers. The findings highlight significant career shifts, with more than 60% of participants reporting career changes driven by digitalization. While digital tools have improved operational efficiency and income for many, challenges persist, including poor internet access, limited digital literacy, and job insecurity in rapidly changing sectors.
