Both primary and secondary data are applied. AIA \nMyanmar has 250 employees. Sample size is 152 using Raosoft sample size calculator. A \nsimple random sampling method is utilized to select the sample respondents. Online survey \nmethod is used to collect the data. For secondary data, it is collected from relevant texts, \nprevious papers, records of AIA, and some relevant websites. There is the mediating effect \nof perceived co-worker support on the relationship between innovation-based HRM and \nemployee satisfaction. Absorptive capacity also has a mediating effect on the relationship \nbetween innovation-based HRM and employee satisfaction. Lastly, employee satisfaction \nhas a positive and significant effect on employee performance of AIA Myanmar.
