In this study, both primary and secondary data are used. By utilizing \nRaosoft sample size calculator, the respondents of 119 among 170 employees are selected by \nusing the simple random sampling. Online survey method is used and structured questionnaires \nwith a Five-Point Likert Scales are distributed via email. The secondary data is gathered from \nvarious sources including text books, previous research papers, internet sources and reports from \nthe departments of HTOO Ice-Cream Co., Ltd. This study utilizes descriptive and linear \nregression analysis for analyzing the collected data. Data was collected between April 2024 and\nSeptember 2024. The findings provide that initiating structure of leader behavior has positive \nsignificant effect on A-R and R-E connection of follower motivation and consideration of leader \nbehavior has positive significant effect on E-O and O-NS connection of follower motivation. \nThen, other findings reveal that only R-E connection and O-NS connection of follower motivation \nhave positive significant effect on employee performance.
