This study aims to identify \nconsumer behavior factors influencing home loans at Myanma Apex Bank, as well as \nexamine opportunities and challenges in this consumer behavior. This study used \ndescriptive and regression analysis methods using primary and secondary data from \n205 home loan customers from 10 branches selected from 35 branches in Yangon \nusing simple random sampling. The analysis focuses on five main factors: home loan \ndecisions, consumer awareness and understanding, opportunities, challenges, and \noverall consumer behavior and preferences. Research shows awareness plays a crucial \nrole in consumer financial decisions, while challenges in loan accessibility and \napplication processes are significant barriers to homeownership. The research \nprovides understanding for financial institutions to enhance their loan products and \nfor policymakers to create supportive regulations that promote homeownership and \nfinancial inclusion.
