Quantitative research method is applied to achieve \nthese main purposes. In this study, employees who are working at MPT (Head Office) \nare targeted as a population. Primary data is collected from 90 employees (30% of \npopulation) who are chosen by using simple random sampling method. The study \nrevealed that among the stressors, work overload, working relationship, role ambiguity, \nand lack of motivation have positive significant effects on work stress but physical \nenvironment does not affect work stress of employees in MPT. This study found that \nwork stress has statistically significant negative effect on performance of employee at \nMPT. Therefore, management team of the MPT should implement wellness and health \nprograms that feature initiative aimed at promoting and improving physical health, \ninvolving gym memberships, fitness classes or wellness challenges and should arrange\nteam-building activities and development work shop to their employees to reduce the \nlack of team spirit.
