Chemical and biological threats were \nrecognized as the most significant, with apprehensions over chemical exposure and \ninfection risks. A significant relationship exists between insufficient rest breaks and \nheightened biological and psychosocial hazards. The report also emphasized the \ndeficiency of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the lack of training on safety \nprotocols. Mitigating these concerns through enhanced PPE accessibility, thorough \nsafety training, and cultivating a supportive reporting culture is crucial for \ndiminishing occupational hazards and improving the safety of nurses at YGH."}]},"item_1583103120197":{"attribute_name":"Files","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2025-01-06"}],"displaytype":"preview","filename":"Theint Thandar Bo, MDevS-24, 17th Batch.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.1 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_0","url":{"url":"https://meral.edu.mm/record/10567/files/Theint Thandar Bo, MDevS-24, 17th Batch.pdf"},"version_id":"cc531b6c-be42-4e4d-bf47-866f59fbfa9d"}]},"item_1583103233624":{"attribute_name":"Thesis/dissertations","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_awarding_university":"Yangon University of Economics","subitem_supervisor(s)":[{"subitem_supervisor":"Dr. Naw Htee Mue Loe Htoo"}]}]},"item_1583105942107":{"attribute_name":"Authors","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_authors":[{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Theint Thandar Bo"}]}]},"item_1583108359239":{"attribute_name":"Upload type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Other"}]},"item_1583108428133":{"attribute_name":"Publication type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Thesis"}]},"item_1583159729339":{"attribute_name":"Publication date","attribute_value":"2024-10-01"},"item_title":"A Study on the Relationship Between Working Hours and Occupational Hazards Among Nurses(Case Study: Yangon General Hospital) ( Theint Thandar Bo, 2024)","item_type_id":"21","owner":"20","path":["1582963436320","1582965681303"],"publish_date":"2025-01-06","publish_status":"0","recid":"10567","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["A Study on the Relationship Between Working Hours and Occupational Hazards Among Nurses(Case Study: Yangon General Hospital) ( Theint Thandar Bo, 2024)"],"weko_creator_id":"20","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2025-01-06T04:50:37.930477+00:00"}
