This study uses descriptive method based\non both primary data and the secondary data. 118 respondents are randomly selected \nfrom those who attended the forestry range officer pre-training from Forest \nDepartment. It is found that the training has strong and significant effectiveness for \ntrainees at behavior level in the Forest Department.
