Employing a structured survey distributed among 296 respondents, the \nresearch aimed to quantify knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards security \nmeasures including the use of emergency response systems, personal data protection, \nand physical security practices within the workplace environment. This survey \nemployed a Likert scale to evaluate employee perceptions on duties, compliance, and \nsecurity behaviors within the workplace. The wide-ranging standard deviations expose \ndiffering levels of consensus, indicating both areas of agreement and deviation among \nemployees. These results suggest that while there is substantial acknowledgment of and \ncompliance with certain security practices, critical areas requiring organizational \nattention and potentially revised strategies exist, particularly concerning surveillance \nand data privacy protocols. The study identifies considerable variance in employee \nconsensus, emphasizing the need for tailored security policy improvements and training \nprograms. Overall, the findings recommend cleared surveillance measures and \nenhancing communication to foster a secure yet sympathetic workplace environment."}]},"item_1583103120197":{"attribute_name":"Files","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2024-12-17"}],"displaytype":"preview","filename":"Min Thein Htun, EMPA-14, 19th Batch.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"716 KB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_0","url":{"url":"https://meral.edu.mm/record/10454/files/Min Thein Htun, EMPA-14, 19th Batch.pdf"},"version_id":"b373215f-a432-47d8-94a7-618b0b483ad8"}]},"item_1583103233624":{"attribute_name":"Thesis/dissertations","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_awarding_university":"Yangon University of Economics","subitem_supervisor(s)":[{"subitem_supervisor":"U Khun Maung Gyi"}]}]},"item_1583105942107":{"attribute_name":"Authors","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_authors":[{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Min Thein Htun"}]}]},"item_1583108359239":{"attribute_name":"Upload type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Other"}]},"item_1583108428133":{"attribute_name":"Publication type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Thesis"}]},"item_1583159729339":{"attribute_name":"Publication date","attribute_value":"2024-09-02"},"item_title":"The Study of Security Awareness in the  Workplace Society of FMCG Industry (The Case Study of the FMCG Companies  Inside Yangon) (Min Thein Htun , 2024)","item_type_id":"21","owner":"20","path":["1582963436320","1582965722087"],"publish_date":"2024-12-18","publish_status":"0","recid":"10454","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["The Study of Security Awareness in the  Workplace Society of FMCG Industry (The Case Study of the FMCG Companies  Inside Yangon) (Min Thein Htun , 2024)"],"weko_creator_id":"20","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2024-12-18T05:52:00.641622+00:00"}
