The data are gathered from\r 60 professional auditors working at MAT through Five-point Likert scale questionnaires.\r The results show that the majority of auditors have a positive perception on\r organizational culture, job satisfaction and job performance. Among four dimensions of\r organizational culture, mission and consistency dimensions have the positive effect on job\r satisfaction of audit professionals. This results highlight that job satisfaction leads to job\r performance of audit professional.
