The study examines the development towards MSME sector and facing challenges to\nimprove MSMEs through surveys. This study is based on descriptive method. It is found\nthat most of enterprises have positive responses and improvement of micro, small and\nmedium enterprises. However, these enterprises are facing with several challenges such as\naccess to finance, outdated technology, poor infrastructure, lack of skilled labors and market\ninformation. Improving infrastructure, access to credit and market linkages are vital for the\nbusinesses’ improvement in MSME sector. In this study, most of enterprises are faced the\nchallenges. 28% of the enterprises with lack of skilled labors in micro, small and medium\nenterprises and followed by outdated technology with 25% , access to finance with 23%, market information with 18% and 6% with poor infrastructure such as lack of electricity to\noperate their business operation.
