This study is to identify the HRM practices of AYA Bank and to analyze the effect of HRM practices on employee job satisfaction in AYA Bank. Descriptive and quantitative research methods are used in this study. Both primary and secondary data are gathered to achieve the objective. For primary data collection, 300 employees who provide financial services in Division (1) of AYA bank are selected and interviewed by using structured questionnaires. In this study, employees’ job satisfaction is dependent variable and human resource management (HRM) practices. That includes recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, retention and supervision and promotion practices as independent variables. The study found that among the human resource management (HRM) practices, promotion practice has a significant effect on job satisfaction in AYA Bank.
