It used the scenarios of highly responsible and irresponsible companies in an experimental setting to collect the data from 418 commerce major students from Yangon University of Economics . Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression was used to find the relationship by using SPSS version 22. It was found out that there is a positive relationship between CSR perception and job intention. It is suggested for the firms that they should promote their CSR activities in order to attract potential employees.
