This system is mainly highlighted on themicrocontroller based on automatic line followingsystem. In the last few years, there has been a lotof interest in the area of automatic operations.This is partly due to the fact that the computerequipments have been closer with human andhuman-machine interaction has been required inmany applications, e.g. health care for the elderly,domestic robot, entertainment, agriculture, etc.Therefore it is necessary to establish an automaticcontrol system without cooperate with human.Among the various PID control system, tuningmethod is not only to control and but also toadjust its control parameters to get the desiredcontrol response. So, this tuning method issuitable for automatic system. Nowadays, ourenvironment needs the auto-driving system inorder to get the good transportation. This paperdescribes the method of how to control the autodrivesystem used in car, how to control the DCmotor speed control and how to demonstrate thesome features of auto-drive system.We propose a control system to cooperate withhuman based on PID instructions. The object (car)will move along the lane and it can test theenvironment conditions in order to changeobject’s position. At least 2 LDRs sensors will beused in tested to test the path line and environmentcondition.PIC 16F84A is used as an interfacebetween the controller (PID) and electriccircuit.PIC Basic Pro programming is used fordesigning the PIC circuit.
