Study on Segment Routing in Software Defined Networking Win, May Thu Zar Maw, Aung Htein Mya, Khin Than Segment Routing (SR) is an emergingtechnology to enforce the effective routing strategieswithout relying on signaling protocols. SR only needsto define the path information through the network atthe ingress device and this mechanism make SoftwareDefined Networking (SDN) routing managementmore simple and efficient. In this paper, we intend toinvolve as a small part of SDN-SR evolution bystudying the architecture of SR and use-cases of SRin SDN environment.
