Advanced Aircraft Design-Certification Framework with Database Development Lwin, Tun Lee, Jae Woo Kim, Sangho Byun, Yung Hwan Nguyen, Nhu Van Nowadays, Database Management Systems(DBMS) and Databases Designs are mainsubject in large business system and engineeringframework. In this paper, Aircraft Design andCertification Framework (ADF) and databaseare developed and step by step developments aredescribed. In this framework, we consider userrequirements, preliminary sizing, conceptualdesign, geometry generation, load analysis ofaircraft programs with checking and validationof airworthiness regulations. The FederalAviation Regulation (FAR) Part 23 and KoreaAirworthiness Standard Regulation (KAS) Part23 are constructed in certification database. Thegraphical user interface is developed by usingMicrosoft .Net framework 2010 with visual basiclanguage. The DB connecter object is developedfrom data input and output processes intodatabase.
