Prediction the Direction of Storm Based on the Sub Pixel Registration

In the field of natural disastermanagement, storm detection, forecasting theweather condition and change detection areoccupied as essential role. The storm directiondetection is provided to manage and to prevent thepossible attacked region of the land. The stormregions are extracted by the feature extractionmethod based on Morphological processing andthe color segmentation approach based on theintensity transformation and color spaces. Themovement of the interested cloud region areestimated by the modified sub pixel registrationapproach. The direction of the storm can be trackedfrom these computations. Especially, the attackedregion of Myanmar Land is forecasted frommulti-date satellite images. The digital imagecorrelation method is developed based on the subpixel accuracy method. According to theexperiment and its result, the proposed methodwork effectively.
