GCTrie for Efficient Querying in Cheminformatics

The field of graph indexing and query processing hasreceived a lot of attention due to the constantly increasing usage ofgraph data structures for representing data in different applicationdomains. To support efficient querying technique is a key issue inall graph based application. In this paper, we propose an index triestructure (GCTrie) that is constructed with our proposed graphrepresentative structure called graph code. Our proposed GCtriecan support all types of graph query. In this paper, we focus onindex construction, subgraph query and supergraph queryprocessing. The experimental results and comparisons offer apositive response to the proposed approach.
